Description

Tylaska T5 Snap Shackles are perfect for small boat applications requiring immense strength and low weight. They have a breaking strength of 5,000 pounds and weigh just 2.2 ounces in the standard bail configuration. Ideal for J-24s, Mumm 30s and similar boats. The T5 standard and large bail snap shackles are available with a decorative bronze PVD or black oxide finish. The T5 is intended for static load applications only and is NOT approved for lifting applications.
